All Fox River Rods are covered by a Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. Please present your sales receipt or proof of purchase when making your warranty claim.

Replacement Policy:
We offer a one year manufacturers warranty that covers any defects in the rod including those that may be caused in shipping. Please send clear photos of the damage and should we find it related to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage we will send you a new rod. Warranty rods will be replaced but the purchaser of the rod will incur a warranty fee of $75.00 plus shipping of the new rod back to you. IF THE DAMAGE IS TO THE TIP WE WILL SEND A NEW TIP UNDER OUR DISCRETION AND IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE THE SENDING OF A NEW ROD.
